not many I have to say. Hinault at Sallanches. Indurain at Liege in the 95 Tour. Kelly in the 91 Lombardy which ws more about the emotion. Fignon in the 84 Tour a couple of times. Gilbert's first Tour stage win. Maybe some others but those are ones that spring instantly to mind
